Makenzie at Sharonwoods!!!

WEll Makenzie had her last field trip with preschool this past week. Daddy went with her on this field trip (so not to many pictures). They went to Sharonwoods for their field trip. Makenzie was more interested in playing with her friend Kelsie. Dan said they were pretty close. They went on a nature walk (makenzie could have cared less about that). They had a picnic lunch. Makenzie had a nice day with her friends and daddy.

Jamie's Shower

We had my brother's fiance's bridal shower last month (sorry never posted about that). Here are some pictures from that shower. We have had a lot of showers and birthdays and weddings so far this year. We will only have my baby sister Alyssa left after this year. That is until Steven and Jamie decide to have children........

Pam's BABY Shower

WE had Pam's baby shower last weekend. She had a very large baby shower with family and friends. She seemed to get most of everything she needed now she just needs baby Payton to go with it. She has just a little over a month left till her due date of June 8th....

HORSEPLAY!!!!

Abby now since potty training has this problem with holding up her pants and this was just to funny to pass up look real close and you can see her bottom. She will love this one as she gets older.

Ok after the soccer game saturday Makenzie and Abby decided they wanted to play horses and wrestle. These are the pictures of Abby riding makenzie as a horse and even Makenzie trying to ride Abby as a horse (I find that one so funny and so did Makenzie). They love playing dog and horses and anything else to do with animals. They are very fun to watch. They love having their picture taken now as well (that is if you can get them to continue long enough) (they like to look at each picture).

Ok well we got to the soccer game and it was very cold. Abby wasn't having it. She didn't want to be there and well we didn't get to stay long. After the first quarter abby and I went to the grocery store. WEll I am never doing that again she will just have to stick out next time. See how sad she looks in the last picture.

Soccer GAME

I am finally posting pictures of Makenzie's first very cold soccer game. You can see Makenzie wasn't near the ball to much she did get it a few times. We are talking about it takes lots of practice to get good at something, So tonight she came home and practiced a little bit but got frustrated. So I will be working with her some to help her not get so discouraged.

Life in the house of the York's

Well we have been so busy this month already. Makenzie has soccer practice two nights a week and a game every saturday till June. (I will post pictures). Her first game is this saturday at 10:30 I am not sure she likes soccer but if she puts a little effort into it she would be great. She is doing well without the effort. Wednesday at practice she had a melt down because she didn't make a soccer goal I wasn't there yet when it happened but after that she didn't want anything to do with it. So I had to leave because I want to push her to much. I hope she will learn to love it. Abby is doing VERY WELL with the potty. We are in panties all the time we just have an accident every once in a while when we are to busy to stop. Dan is working alot they are very busy at work and he is trying to finish a class. I am busy taking care of everyone. So this is the reason I haven't posted much this month. Well now that the weather will be getting nicer hopefully I will have lots of pictures.

Poor little boo boo!!!!

Abby had this little scrap on her knee and wouldn't let her pants touch it. She walked around with her pant leg pulled up. But the funny thing about it was she would only remember sometimes that she had this boo boo. Just had to post because my girls crack me up. They are both like this whenever they get the tinest little boo boo.

Potty Training!!!

Lets see Abby turned 3 on the 24th of March and I had been telling her for weeks that when she turned 3 she couldn't wear diapers anymore. So on her birthday the diapers were no more. Well we tried panties and would put pull ups on her for nap or when we went out somewhere well she would stay dry in her panties and then fill the pull up, so on day 2 I decided no pull ups except for nap and bed time well that was the trigger. She then started going potty on the potty. Well that is number 1 well we had a few accidents with number 2 and so I said "Abby why are you not going on the potty?" Her reply was well "I don't want to". So mommy gave her some ultimatums. Well last night she finally went on the potty we were dry no accidents for that past 5 days except for the poop accidents. The last two days have been accident free and she has finally started to tell me she needs to go potty. Of course if we are out (mind you she is in panties) we have to try every toilet (you know they are all different) But the potty training is well under way and doing well.
