Girls and their Dog.

So Aladdin has been in our house for over a year.. YES I KNOW a MIRACLE... But the girls really don't play with him much anymore so we are going to be looking for him a new home.

Funny Abigail!

After dinner tonight I told the girls to get ready for bed (it was a very late dinner tonight).

Mom can I wear something that is to small for me from the bucket? What do you want to wear? I will show you. (I am thinking she wants to wear the lion print pj's) nope she comes back with the dress below and white shoes she wants to sleep in the dress and her shoes. Ok Abby sure you can sleep in your dress.

Abby was so excited that she could sleep in her dress. This child is hilarious. By the way the "bucket" is a tub of clothes that I need to wash and put in her closet and drawers she is growing so fast Makenzie might get the hand me downs.

Saturday Fun!

Saturday we had a work day in our back yard. Dan has decided to enlarge our pond about 3x its orginal size and I decided I want to do a veggie garden this year. So the dirt from the pond is going into my raised bed garden. So we worked most of the day on this Saturday. (no pictures) but the funnier thing of Saturday was the girls they played and painted and decorated pine cones outside on our table. I had a headache so I just was sitting there watching Abby finger paint if you know this child of mine you know that she doesn't care about how she looks how dirty she gets she decided to put both hands in her finger paint and just go to town on her paper then she decided to go to town on herself so Makenzie wanted to do what her little sister did so they painted there faces and clothes and no I didn't make them stop. (but I did forget to get a picture) so after all the finger paints were gone it was time for a shower with the hose and then the "real" shower. So I had to strip the girls in the garage before they could go in my clean house and get a shower they were laughing it was so funny to watch them and when it was all over I couldn't believe I didn't get the camera my girls were dirty and I didn't get the camera what was wrong with me... OH well we will just have to let that happen again.

Zoo

Thursday we meet our friends the Almas at the zoo for the first time in a very long time. IT was a very busy day at the zoo it was one of the first nice days in a while. Makenzie would spend hours at the zoo everyday she loves animals and all there is to learn about them. Abby on the other hand does not and while we were in the reptile house she started crying she wanted to go home because she didn't like all the snakes and alligators. We also ran into some old friends Rachael Mabry and her family and Mrs. Jones and Phyllis it was nice running into some old friends.

Easter at the York's

Sunday Afternoon we went to Dan's parents for dinner and egg hunts and family time. The girls love playing with there cousins.

Quillen Easter 2009

The saturday before Easter we always go to my grandma Quillens for Easter dinner this year was no different. We got there a little before 2:00 and had ham, Roast beef (yum) mashed taters and the family special Hot Pepper corn (I do not eat this, to me it looks nasty), green bean casserole and rolls. I am sure I missed something on the menu but then there was desser (dessert is my favorite) you had your choice of Jellybean cake (made by Aunt Micki (marshan that was just for you)), banana split cake (made by mom), servati's raspberry chocolate cheesecake, cookies. After dinner and dessert it is time for the annual easter egg hunt. This is not your typical easter egg hunt we fill the eggs with money I may have to start egg hunting next year. Makenzie racked up a total of $23.00 in change from her eggs and Abby racked up $12.00 (abby was happy with just a few eggs). Then after all this fun excitement Abby had her first accident of the day (we haven't had one in a very long time) then some of us went to TJ Maxx and did some shopping. When we got back it was time to head home. Abby was wearing the only outfit I had (lucky I had put an extra outfit in the car). So after a long day Abby fell asleep on the way home. Then the second accident of the day happened sometime after the first and the time we got home we told Abby to go potty and get ready for bed so Dan notices that abby had an accident in her panties and didn't tell us so she had worn it for I am not sure how long... (so sorry abby) so we then proceeded to shower her and get her ready for bed.

We had a birthday party for Abby on Saturday March 28th. Abby had been planning her party for months she was having a princess party with Sleeping Beauty as the main theme. Abby planned on the dress she was wearing to her party (which makes me chuckle). She was so excited when our family started arriving. We played duck duck goose, hot potato and they had crowns they decorated. Abby was so happy her other request was a pinata I got one with pull strings but Abby had to swing at it first.

Abby turned 4 this year so hard to believe. For her birthday she was sick with an ear infection yet again. So we had a small birthday party on her actual birthday with daddy, mommy and Makenzie. Abby loved

it.

Funny Abby

I know I have some picturest to post of Abby's birthday and some other things but I need to charge my camera battery and I keep forgetting but I hope to have some pictures up tomorrow (missy). Well this morning we were getting the girls up and ready to go to there Nana's and we of course have to make them go potty first thing. As I am getting ready Abby is sitting there and starts telling me all about the new potty seats daddy put on and then out of the blue she says "Mommy this one tried to eat my pee pee" I just had to laugh she is so funny.
