Couponing

I went to Meijer and spent $10. and saved $35. WOW I was so excited with my coupons I was able to get alot of things for either $.50 or free, so I decided ot make a second trip to meijer this time I spent $9.93 and saved $24.00 again alot of things for free or $.50 a piece. Then I headed to kroger's for some other things we needed that were not on sale or I didn't have coupons for but I still saved 47% of my bill. Thank you to www.cincinnaticoupons.net for all the heads up on the great deals.  As I started out I thought I would just like to save some money but as I am finding out there is a lot of money to be saved. I am going to post my weekly savings in my blog along with updates on the girls and our new house (I have lots of pictures to share from the hole in the ground to the roof this past weekend).

SNOW DAY!

We got snow on Thursday and I had told the girls I would take them out to play in it but I had gotten a call that my grandma was heading to the hospital so I went to the hosptial to see how she was doing. So I told the girls we would play in the snow the next time we got a chance Friday was crazy so Saturday was a relaxing day so we went into my mom and dads and told the girls they could play in the snow. So we took them sledding on my mom and dad's big hill. Really it is a small hill that they can slide down They had a great time. We had to make Abby go inside because it was cold.

Abby didn't want to go up the steps she had to climb the hill.

HAVING A BLAST!

Toothless

Makenzie had a loose tooth the whole month of December, I got their pictures taken the Tuesday after Christmas see here....


A day or two after this picture we lost our first tooth Yes I forgot to take a picture I know......

So early in the week Makenzie was eating an apple for snack and I hear "DADDY HELP" I couldn't figure out what was going on well here Dan comes with an Apple with some blood she forgot her tooth was loose but it didn't fall out.

So Friday night we decided to go to Larosa's for dinner Makenzie is eating her pizza and is having trouble because this tooth is so loose. I told her wait let me get a picture with just your one tooth missing (all I had was my cell phone) so here is the first picture with just one tooth gone....


Now I know it was gross but I had to get it before it feel out, so after the picture I could tell it was just hanging there so I told her to pull on it and low and behold we had a tooth and almost no blood. So here is picture 2 with my daughter who all she wants for Christmas is her two front teeth.

Now to end our fun evening at Larosas this is just the best of all children. We were on the bar side of the dining area and Dan and Abby had walked away I look over and Makenzie is in the middle of the dining area pulling at her panties I was mortified...I look over at this couple that was sitting next to us and tell her that I do teach her manners they just haven't taken hold yet. It was just funny.... and I wanted to blog it so I can put it in her scrapbook later.
