A Morning with Makenzie

Well Makenzie is 3 and 1/2 already and she has never had a problem with me leaving her but in the last couple of weeks she has had some difficulties. We first must find something to take with us (we lost her favorite doll so we have had to replace it with I think for now it is a cat)which this takes several minutes. Then she can't walk to the car she will get dirty so I must carry her. Then we drive the 30 minutes to grandma's (which some mornings takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour) so that is always an enjoyable event. Then we get to grandmas and she starts that whining I have to eat breakfast with her. Then I have this 10 minutes good bye time (I am glad she wants to be with me) but it is almost commical to watch her she stands at the door waving bye with little tears in her eyes and as soon as the door shuts it is time to PLAY!!!!
